Inspired by Alfredo Gonzales' creative essay are these memes from BA in Literature students, Domingo and Karen.

First-year UP Visayas Bachelor of Arts in Literature students, Domingo Aguillon III and Karen Francisco, share their wit and meme-making skills using Alfredo Gonzales' Will of the River as the inspiration for their works. Gonzales' creative essay is one of the pieces featured in the motif unit, Change Channeled through the Waters.

DOGE MEME by Domingo Aguillon III

The meme features Doge, the Shiba Inu meme icon. Bakong is depicted as Muscular Doge in a side-by-side comparison with "Other rivers and streams" in the form of the smaller Doge. This shows Bakong's superiority and strength in contrast to other rivers and streams.

EXPANDING BRAIN MEME by Karen Francisco

The three-tier expanding brain meme begins with Gonzales' visit to Intongaban for a mere walk, which later escalates into the unexpected philosophical interweaving of the Bakong River and the human experience.
